This packet contains information on coping with cancer, support programs, treatments, nutrition, research and a variety of useful resource tools. Any woman diagnosed with breast cancer at Hartford Hospital is invited to use this resource. The Women's Resource Packet was developed by the Cancer Program at Hartford Hospital to help breast cancer patients understand their treatments and the services available to them. Most health care providers have the packets in their offices, or you can contact Diane Ward to have a packet mailed to you. She can be reached at (860) 545-3781 or emailed at dward@harthosp.org.
